About Music at Bakerstown UMC Under the guidance of Joyce Gindlesperger, our Director of Music, the music program at Bakerstown UMC is ever expanding and is adding new ways to enhance the worship experience. If you have musical talents that you would like utilize in your worship, see Joyce to find out about the many opportunities that exist to do so.	Music Ministries Sanctuary Choir - The melodious sound of our church choir fills the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings. With the skilled direction of Joyce Gindlesperger, the choir offers a variety of musical gifts! We always welcome new faces...practice is on Thursdays...join us. Glory Ringers - Hear the beautiful sounds of our bell choir on the third Sunday during wordhip services and holiday times. The Glory Ringers look for regular substitutes, if you interested in joining. This musical ministry is led by Denise Grier and Evelyn Dick. Rythym of Grace - Our recently formed praise band is always looking for new members to join. Whether you sing or play an instrument there is a place for you. Eucatastrophe - Some of our talented youths perform a variety of Contemporary Christian Music on special dates during service as well as some other church events. They recently won a local battle of the bands contest. Childrens Choir - Under the direction of Denise Grier, the children receive music instruction the first fifteen minutes of Sunday School class (9:45 - 10 AM). Children perform periodically throughout the year, usually during Easter, Mothers Day, and a Christmas play.
