Education and inspiration for adults
Adult Sunday School Classes
- A variety of topics and leaders. The weekly bulletin lists the current
schedule. Classes meet in the Wesley Room or the Library. Adult classes
always take place Sunday mornings from 10-10:45AM, and occasionally other days and
times of the week.
Monday Night Womens Bible Study
Need a little Peace, Patience, or Joy in your life?? Join with us for a Women’s
Bible Study Monday Nights, Starting January 4th and running for 10 weeks. - We will
be doing the Beth Moore Bible Study “Living Beyond Yourself: Exploring the Fruits
of the Spirit” at 7:00pm in the Wesley room. Workbooks are $15.00. Please sign up
at the information center or call the church office to register.
A Bakerstown Beginning -
A class led by
Rev. Mark Stewart on Sunday mornings. An introduction to the church is ideal
for new members and those considering joining the church. Come learn a little
history, and about our visions for the future, and how God is at work among us.

AM/PM Bible Study on The Gospel of John -
Starting in September and continuing until... Join us to study one of the most wonderful books in the bible. Two times are available to make it easier for you to fit
this in your schedule. Class meets Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:30PM and Wednesday mornings from 9:00 - 10:30AM.
Monday Night Meet
and Discuss Class -
mark your calendars now for January 25th at 6:30pm. The spring session will be meeting on Monday nights
starting January 25th, ending on March 22nd.
The topic for this session will be “The Ten Commandments”; What do The 10 Commandments
mean to the church today? Are they still prevalent? Did Jesus change any of the
Commandments? Why did God give the Commandments?
The cost of the class is $25 which includes dinner and all the class materials.
Come join us for Food, Fellowship and The story of God’s word. Look for a sign up
sheet soon on the information center.
Body-n-Soul
- This small group will “pump you up” physically and spiritually. You can
join either class, when available, or just drop in! No need to pre-register. Choose
from Saturday mornings at 8:30-9:30 a.m. , Wednesday nights 7:00-8:00 pm, or do
both in the week for a better workout regimen. Motivating personal trainer, Andy
Jakub, is licensed and certified. |
